Got em' back ;)

Well today is not an official weigh in but I am pleased to report that I got rid of the pesky 0.5kgs I put on last week. Hallelujah!

Todays scale reading 114.8! Lowest scale reading so far!

This week's goals progress report:

  • Drink plenty of water - getting better everyday.

  • Get back on track with flavoured milk drinks - done! nada all week!

  • Exercise as much as possible - not yet :( but I am making sure I park the car further away from work and I have a monster hill I need to climb every morning. It's a doosy!

  • Report back - yep!

  2. Yes, exercise is the necessary evil...but it must be done. Plan the work, then work the plan! you can do it :)
