Todays scale reading 114.8! Lowest scale reading so far!
This week's goals progress report:
- Drink plenty of water - getting better everyday.
- Get back on track with flavoured milk drinks - done! nada all week!
- Exercise as much as possible - not yet :( but I am making sure I park the car further away from work and I have a monster hill I need to climb every morning. It's a doosy!
- Report back - yep!

Yes, exercise is the necessary evil...but it must be done. Plan the work, then work the plan! you can do it :)
